Tips –

If a big rain storm or storm melt is coming, check your sump pump by pulling up on the float switch and make sure it drains your sump pit effectively

If you think your toilet is running, lift off the top lid at place a few drops of food coloring into the water. Wait 15-20 minutes and see if any of the food coloring has made its way to the bowl.  If it has, call to have your tank rebuilt including a new flapper.
