J & J Sheet Metal has built a reputation as a quality sheet metal fabricator. We operate a precision coil line that can produce sheet metal duct from 30 through 18 gauges. Using our fully automated coil lines and equipment, we are able to:

Shear, straighten, notch, and bead.
Coils are fed into plasma cutter that is programmed from sketching computer
Sheet metal pieces are precisely cut with minimal waste
Form Pittsburgh and Snaplock seams.
Turn an S&D connection before breaking the duct in L-sections or full wrap.
All materials manufactured to SMACNA standards.
TDC/TDF ductwork (high pressure flanges for high pressure duct).

Sheet Metal Fabrication and Installation

We use Cybermation’s integrated computer-controlled fitting and cutting capabilities to complete your project three times faster than conventional measuring and cutting. We have the capability to work with most metals and alloys including stainless, aluminum, carbon steel, copper, titanium, nickel, galvanized iron and steel.

Our fabrication shop maintains an inventory of special equipment to meet the needs of unique jobs and working situations.
