I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how well your team did the job of installing the central A/C at my house. Everyone involved with the job was very professional, courteous and caring.

Brendan, was very thorough and worked with me to get what I wanted at a reasonable cost (I have to thank you for that too). He didn't pressure me to get anything I didn't need and arranged for work in the dates that suited us. Later he brought Pat to go over the house and discussed the installation with me.

I was very impressed with the teamwork that Pat and John showed. They worked two long days to get the work completed, as promised, before my little grandson arrived with his parents. Each day they were careful around the house, took great care to avoid dropping any dust while cutting holes in the ceiling for the vents and always cleaned and vacuumed after the day was done. They were very courteous and pleasant.

I am sure you don't hear from satisfied customers as often as you hear complaints. Hence I wanted to let you know that I appreciated the work done by your team. I would happily recommend Appolo to my friends or anyone who asks.
